  • Who needs Cellular Exercise?

    Everyone!

  • How long do the effects of cellular exercise last?

Our cells are similar to batteries, with the right mineral balance, nutrition and hydration cells h old a charge longer.  Individuals with health challenges, injury or poor nutritional choices may need more charging time because their cells use the new energy from cellular exercise quicker.  The length of time the pain relief and range of motion lasts after a session indicates how healthy a person's "battery life" is.

  • What effects can I expect?

You are likely to have one of three outcomes.

The first possibility is an enjoyable experience with a verity of positive sensations such as relaxation, increased energy, reduction of pain and increased range of motion.

The second possibility is no noticeable change.  In some cases, it may take time for the effects to accumulate.  While this can be disappointing, integrating PEMF into a wellness program often addresses long-term underlying cellular dysfunction that supports the body's natural abilities to regulate and heal itself.

The third possibility is detoxification. This is a natural way of eliminating toxins in the body.  PEMF's can open cells and cell membranes to the point of unloading toxins stored in the tissues of the body.  This type of response is, in the long run, a desirable action.  however, it may be unpleasant while it is going on.  The length of the detoxification will vary but it is often undetectable after a few sessions.

  • Are Pulse Systems DC or AC?

Pulse systems produce DC electricity, like our bodies.  All life creates DC current through the movement of ions into and out of cells.  Any challenge or stress to the cell may change the electrical charge.  The electricity that's in the walls of all houses and buildings is AC current.  One of the biggest energy drains on our DC systems is AC electrical current.  Unfortunately, we've surrounded by it; it's practically impossible to get away from it.  This is why recharging the body consistently with PEMF helps to restore proper electrical balance, providing the body with the necessary energy to accelerate its own natural ability to heal and repair.

  • What is the difference between a TENS unit and PEMF?

PEMF systems use pulsed electromagnetic fields, while TENS units use electric currents.  Electrical currents(AC) will stimulate nerve activity, but PEMFs (DC) impact both the brain and tissues in the body at the cellular level.  TENS happens to the cell while PEMF happens in the cell.

  • Can I use PEMF with a PaceMaker?

No, you cannot use Cellular Exercise with any electronically implanted devices (PaceMakers, Cochlear Implants, Hearing Aids etc.)

  • Can I use PEMF if I've had a knee replacement?

Yes, you can use Cellular Exercise with metal implants (knee, hip or shoulder replacements...), metal screw or plates as long as it isn't electrical or battery powered.

  • How can I improve low cellular voltage?

Along with Cellular Exercise, the following can improve your ability to hold a charge:

Exercise - Eating whole, nutritious foods (preferably raw) - Mineral supplementation - Hydration (fresh spring water)

  • Why might someone be tired after a session?

If you feel tired after a cellular exercise session, this may be due to a detox reaction.  Our bodies like to rid themselves of toxins as quickly as possible.  Adequate rest and fluid intake may support this detox reaction.

  • Why do my muscles contract?

The magnetic field created activates the nervous system firing into muscles, made of excitable cells, causing an involuntary muscle contraction.  This contraction is normal and doesn't indicate an issue.  The lymphatic system is stimulated and works via slight muscle contractions, so in that way Cellular Exercise helps to stimulate the lymph system to usher out the normal metabolic waste created.

  • Why might someone feel lightheaded during or after a session?

Cellular exercise increases circulation of blood, oxygen and lymph all throughout the body.  If it's your first session or if your body isn't used to an increase in circulation from any type of exercise, you can feel lightheaded after a session.  Ensuring proper hydration, rest and nutrient intake may help manage this reaction.
